Well, yes, with us you start every day according to your ideas and your schedule. But there are also some services that we offer you and that you are of course welcome to take advantage of.
In the apartments
Check-in/Check-out: Your apartment is ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.
Linen change: Linen is changed regularly and bed linen on request.
Intermediate cleaning: On request and for a fee of Euro 28,00 we will clean your apartment.
Fleece blankets: On request we lend these free of charge.
Fresh bread service: The desired bread rolls hang on your door at 7 am.
Cot: If required, we will provide you with a toddler set free of charge.
In and in front of the house
Lift: All flats are easily accessible by the new lift.
Wi-Fi: You can use the internet free of charge in the entire house.
Bath towels for the swimming pool: We lend these free of charge on request.
Cooled drinks: These are available in our house.
Social hours: A lounge with a large flat screen is at your disposal.
Parking spaces: We offer several car parking and garage spaces free of charge.
Dogs: Dogs are allowed on request for a fee of Euro 11.00 per day.
In the surrounding area
Quiet yet central location: we are only 4 minutes’ walk from the village centre.
Bus stop: The next bus stop is only a 3-minute walk from our house.

Cancellation terms and conditions
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, you unfortunately have no right of withdrawal. However, we do offer you a right of cancellation under the terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions. You will find the exact cancellation conditions of our Residence below. We expressly refer to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
In case of cancellation up to 29 days before departure, Euro 300,00 will be charged. In case of cancellation within the last 28 days before departure, the entire apartment price will be charged.
We recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
